地球	教授	服部克己	台湾における電磁気学 的アプローチによる地 震活動監視に関する研 究	台湾・国立中央大学を中心とする台湾との国際共同研究。 電離圏電子数と地震との関連を地上・衛星、シミュレーシ ョン等から多角的に研究している。H27年度は中央大学の劉 教授が３回来日するなど共同研究を実施した。3月に劉教授 を修士学生と訪問予定である。	27
地球	教授	服部克己	地上観測および衛星観 測による地球物理学 （地球電磁気学）的な 地殻活動の監視とその モデリング	イタリアとの国際共同研究で斜面崩壊や地震・火山予測な どがテーマである。H27年はバシリカータ大学と部局間競艇 を締結するとともに、同大学よりNicola GENZANO博士を JSPS外国人研究員として迎え(H28年11月まで)、衛星データ を用いた地震予測について共同研究を遂行した。	27
地球	教授	服部克己	衛星・地上観測による 短期地震予測手法の開 発プログラム	米国・チャップマン大学との共同研究。衛星データや地上 観測データによる短期地震予測研究／地圏―大気圏―電離 圏結合に関する研究を実施している。H27年度はOuzounov 博士が２回千葉大学を訪問し、共同研究をおこなった。	27
地球	教授	服部克己	電磁気学的アプローチ による地震・斜面崩壊 の監視・予測とそのモデリング	中国北京大学を中止とする中国との共同研究。地上や衛星 で観測された地球物理データに対して、地震や斜面崩壊な どに先行する現象を抽出し、監視予測するための早期警戒 装置を開発する。またそのために物理機構の解明を行って いる。H27年度は5月に中国国家地震局のShen博士を招聘し、 また9月Shen博士を訪問し、中国の地震電磁気衛星観測計画 について議論した。また10月に合肥の中国科学技術大学の Ren博士を訪問し、ULF磁場変動の物理機構について議論した。	27
地球	教授	服部克己	インドネシアにおける 地殻活動の短期予測を 目的とした地震電磁気 現象観測プログラム	インドネシア気象庁およびインドネシア科学院を中心とし た国際共同研究。インドネシアで斜面崩壊、およびULF帯 磁場変動観測を実施している。H27年度は短期留学で服部研 究室に滞在したバンドン工科大学の博士学生との論文が共 著で公表された。	27
地球	教授	服部克己	地殻活動に関連する電 磁気現象に関する研究	ロシアとの国際共同研究。地震に先行する電磁気現象のう ちULF帯の磁場変動に注目し、その観測のための機材の開 発、観測点の設置、データ解析を行い、その物理機構を解 明し、地震活動を監視・予測するための手法について研究 を行う。H27年度はPulinets博士とスイスベルンで研究打ち 合わせをおこなった。またIZMIRANのKopytenko教授グルー プとトーション磁力計のLINUX駆動システムの開発を実施 した。	27
