3)教育業績(自己申告、テキストの作成など、授業の工夫など)

 必修の専門講義では、ウェブ(シラバス、moodle)や配布物を通じて講義の目的や必要となる原理を学
 生が自然に頭に入るように心がけた。ウェブおよび宿題(レポート)を通じて、インターラクティブな
 講義とした。一部、最新の研究アイデアや手法の創造性についての討議(発表およびレビュー)を学生
 主体で行うことにより、学生らが研究アイデアを生み出す動機付けとした。また実験科目を通じて、学
 生が専門課程の研究者になることを常に想定して、一流の研究者の卵を育てる積りで講義を行った。他
 学科の学生向けおよび他学科の学生も含む講義では、化学の基礎研究の面白さを伝えることを優先して
 講義を行った。
