講義においては、インターネット化やモバイル化に対応して、講義コンテンツや実験内容・主要データをウェブからダウンロードさせたり要約を配布することで、学生の動機付けを図った。

大学院教育では学生が研究者として通用するよう、原著論文を英文で共著するだけでなく、国際学会にて学生が英語で発表する機会をできるだけ多くとるようにさせた。
