20077月に本学に転職。以前の職場では、学生のプレゼンテーションを含む環境化学教育を行ない、また様々なバックグラウンドをもつ大学院生に様々な機器分析法をマスターさせる講義を行なった。本学では、表面反応化学の最先端研究へ様々なステージの学生(主に学部学生だが、分野横断的に大学院生やまた入学前の高校生への啓蒙)が表面反応化学の最先端研究へのきっかけ、道筋をつくるためのセミナー、量子物理化学、計算機化学の講義を行なっている。いずれも、目的を絞った上で、オブジェクト指向の講義としてパソコン・インターネット(・ゲーム)世代の若者向けの講義を行なっている
